Fit and fabulous at 40: Eva Longoria relaxes on beach break in Spain ahead of charity gala
She's been busy producing and starring in NBC's upcoming new series Hot & Bothered, but Eva Longoria still found time for a bit of break.
And on Friday the 40-year-old star was spotted flaunting her sculpted bikini body as she enjoyed a day on the beach in Marbella, Spain.
The former Desperate Housewives star could be seen cooling off with a dip in the water ahead of Saturday's charity golf tournament for Global Gift Foundation, for which Eva is a celebrity ambassador.
Eva hit the beach on Friday in a sheer, white romper, which revealed the star's toned pins, and a coordinating white sunhat.
However, she later flaunted her toned beach body as she took off the cover-up to reveal a tiny, blue string bikini.
She went barefoot for her romp on the beach, and hid her eyes behind a pair of over-sized sunglasses, accessorizing with a large pair of hoop earrings.
The Devious Maids producer wore her long, raven tresses in loose waves, before slicking back wet locks following a quick swim.
Eva is currently in Marbella for a charity golf tournament to take place on Saturday - alongside her Hot & Bothered co-star Amaury Nolasco - and the Global Gift Foundation's gala on Sunday.
The busy star recently discussed her career aspirations in the August issue of InStyle, noting: 'I want to be the female George Clooney.'
She elaborated, of the Oscar-winning star: 'He directs, produces and stars. I want to be in charge of the final product.'
Eva - a self-proclaimed 'control freak' - also took a moment to correct a common misconception about her rise to fame.
'Everyone goes, 'Oh, she's an actor–turned–director,' and I'm like, 'No, I was always a director and a producer who happened to become an actor.''
She then revealed what she would be doing if she weren't in Hollywood - working in corporate America.
